Gemino Navigator

A two-piece drysuit designed for sailing, supporting confident sailing in all weather conditions.

Product specifications depend on the selected size. Changing default selections or adding options affects delivery time and eligibility for exchange and returns.

The 100% waterproof sock, made from the suit material, is an integrated part of the suit and designed to perform reliably in all conditions. The standard suit socks are intentionally dimensioned generously to ensure they are easy to position correctly and remain comfortable in use. The carefully designed sizing fits the majority of users very well. If your foot size differs significantly from the standard sizing, you can select an alternative size from the dropdown menu below.

Gemino Navigator is a two-piece drysuit designed for sailing, developed together with experienced sailors for demanding conditions. It delivers reliable protection, comfort and performance in situations where gear is pushed to its limits. The waterproof and breathable construction keeps the user dry, helping maintain control and performance even during extended use.

The two-piece design allows the jacket and trousers to be worn separately or combined into a fully waterproof system, while the adjustable waist structure adapts to different use scenarios.

Sailing-specific features such as a detachable offshore collar with a fluorescent hood, fleece lining and SOLAS-approved reflectors enhance protection and visibility at sea. Cordura® reinforcements in high-wear areas improve durability in heavy use, and the knee areas are compatible with Crye AirFlex™ knee pads. Splash-proof pockets remain accessible even when wearing a life jacket, and the integrated gaiter protects the socks and works seamlessly with boots.

CE/UKCA

The CE marking indicates that the product complies with the requirements of the EU Personal Protective Equipment Regulation (EU 2016/425). Products are type-examined by a notified body, where their safety and performance are assessed under intended conditions of use.

For drysuits, testing includes, among others:

  • watertightness

  • structural durability

  • user safety

UKCA is the United Kingdom equivalent of the CE marking.

EN ISO 15027

EN ISO 15027-1 defines the performance requirements for constant wear immersion suits intended for use in cold water. The objective of the standard is to delay the onset of hypothermia and extend survival time.

Testing evaluates, among other factors:

  • thermal insulation in cold water

  • watertightness

  • buoyancy and safety performance

  • mechanical strength

Suits are classified into four thermal performance classes (A–D).

A Class A suit provides protection for up to six hours in 2°C water, while a Class D suit provides protection for at least two hours in 10°C water. Ursuit offers products across multiple thermal protection classes.

Taslan is the most breathable Gore‑Tex® fabric in our range and extremely lightweight to wear. Its lightness makes it an excellent choice for active users who move a lot in wet environments and need a material that offers maximum airflow and comfort.
