Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product wasn’t quite what you expected, or if you have experienced an issue with it, follow the steps below to process your return or warranty claim.
Please complete the return/warranty form before sending the product. The form can be found on this page after the instructions.
Returns and Exchanges (Web Shop Purchases)
Products purchased from the Web Shop have a 14-day right of return from the date of delivery. Exchanges are handled as returns.
The right of return applies only to products purchased via www.ursuit.com that are unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Products may be tried on indoors, as in a fitting room, but items used outdoors or in water cannot be returned.
Made-to-measure or otherwise customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g. for a different size or model), please return the product and place a new order in the Web Shop.
You can also indicate your exchange request in this form, and we will take it into account during processing.

Returns (Purchased from a Retailer)
If you purchased your product from a retailer:
Contact the retailer first.
Have your receipt ready.
The retailer will guide you through the return process.
If contacting the retailer is not possible, please contact us directly info@ursuit.com.
Warranty
Products sold in the Web Shop have a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.
The receipt or delivery note must be kept for the duration of the warranty period.
Warranty claims
Please fill out the return/warranty form carefully so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Each case is evaluated individually.
Our primary goal is to repair the defect in the delivered product. In case repairing is not possible, we will send a replacement product or, if that is not possible, issue a refund. Any faulty product will be sent to the manufacturer or importer for inspection. This will cause that the handling of a complaint may take approximately 2–3 weeks.
RESTAC Products Special Conditions
RESTAC products are meant for personal use only. Customer is obliged to inform Ursuit Oy's sister company Sioen Ballistics Oy of the reselling of the products.
By accepting these conditions the customer shows that he has understood and accepted these special conditions.
