Book maintenance

The service begins with an inspection and testing of the suit, followed by the actual repairs.

How to proceed

Book a service inspection time.
Do not send the suit without a reservation.
The suit must arrive at Ursuit no later than 1 business day before the reserved inspection time.

Once the booking is made, you will receive a confirmation and a booking ID via email.

What happens during the service inspection?

During the inspection time booked via the form, actual repairs are not yet carried out. Instead, the suit is inspected and tested to determine the required repairs. The actual repairs are performed after the inspection. Repair time is 5–20 business days from the inspection date.

We will return the suit via:

  • Posti (Cash on Delivery)

  • Matkahuolto against advance payment (we will send a Proforma invoice)

Instructions for sending the suit

Send the suit as a courier/door-to-door shipment directly to Ursuit:

Choose a delivery time between 8 AM and 4 PM on weekdays. Include a printed copy of the booking confirmation.

If you do not print the confirmation, include a note in the package with the following information:

  • Booking ID (format: xxxxxxx)

  • Name

  • Phone number (including country code)

Important

Do not send the package to a parcel locker or a pick-up point. We do not collect shipments from lockers or pick-up points.
