Disinfection of Ursuit dry suits

Ursuit recommends disinfecting dry suits by using ethanol-based disinfectant, if the suit has been contaminated with the COVID-19 virus, or there is a doubt of contamination. To destroy viruses, it is recommended to use 62 – 95 % ethanol solution. A strong ethanol solution might cause some discoloration to the outside or inside of the suit, but it has not been found to cause leaks to the dry suits, or otherwise damage the materials on the suit. After disinfecting the suit, it must be always thoroughly rinsed with fresh water, and let dry completely before the next use.
