The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to sales to private customers in Finland and within EU at the Web Shop www.ursuit.com. You are instructed to read these Terms of Sale before placing any orders and by approving or submitting an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Sale, which then become a binding agreement between you and the operator of the Site, Ursuk Oy. These Terms of Sale may be updated by Ursuk Oy and the version applicable at the time of purchase applies. The Web Shop is intended for sales to consumers that are over the age of 18 only. If you wish to place an order to be shipped outside the EU, please contact our Customer Service.
The prices at the Web Shop are current prices, and may be changed at any time. For non-EU customers, additional VAT, Users Tax, Customs Charges and other levies may be incurred by your local authorities, such as the Customs Authority, on your import, at applicable rates.
Orders are submitted in general via the shopping cart of the Web Shop at www.ursuit.com.
A binding purchase agreement is concluded when your order has been confirmed by us (Order Confirmation). Order confirmation is sent by email, stating the total price of the order, delivery charges and the items ordered.
IF you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours from placing an order, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com.
Delivery charges include postage and packaging. We deliver our products as parcels, which is possible to track via a tracking code which will be sent to you by the transport company once the delivery is in transit. Our methods of delivery in Finland include Posti, Matkahuolto and collection from our warehouse. For deliveries abroad we use the following freight carriers: PostNord Logistics, DHL ja GLS. The freight cost are determined by the total weight of the delivery, and are visible to you after choosing the method of payment and delivery in the shopping cart of the Web Shop. The freight cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order. Should you have an inquiry as to whether or not we ship to a specific location, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We mail out orders every business day. When a payment has been registered with us, or when the customer has chosen payment on receipt via the Finnish Postal Service or Matkahuolto Oy, we are normally able to ship items in stock within 1-3 business days. If the ordered product is a customized/personalized product or a product made-to-measure, the delivery time will be approximately 3 weeks. The delivery times are estimates and non-binding to Ursuk Oy. If the delivery time will be delayed from what is stated on the product information page, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.
On rare occasions a certain product may run out of stock even if the order has been confirmed. If the missing item will not be replenished, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Ursuk Oy may propose an alternative product or if that is not possible or if such alternative product is rejected may have to cancel part of or the entire order. In case the customer is unwilling to accept the proposed alternative product, the customer may cancel the (relevant part of the) order.
Products and their delivery charges are paid when placing the order in the Web Shop. Ursuk Oy retains full legal title to Products until it has received all amounts due on the ordered Products. Payment can be made by following means: Finnish netbank payment transfer from Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, or Ålandsbanken, as well as by credit cards. Payment transactions are made through an online payment service provider Paytrail Ltd. In Finland it is also possible to pay by Invoice or Installment Payment via Collector Lasku/Osamaksu, provided by Collector Bank AB.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.
Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution. For reclamations, please contact the website you made your payment to.

Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.
Collector Invoice and Installment Service - Overview
For Collector Invoice:
The payment due date is the last day of the following month. There is a 2,95€ fee added but the consumer has at least 30 days and up to 60 days interest free payment time.

These Terms of Sale set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the Products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms that are binding on us than the ones mentioned in these Terms of Sale. In particular, we will not be responsible for ensuring that the Products, or any information or other content presented in the Web Shop, are suitable for any particular purpose. The employees of Ursuk Oy cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the usage of the products or services sold in this Web Shop.
Ursuk Oy assumes no liability for any mistakes in prices, for out-of-stock products, or other types of unintentional mistakes in the Web Shop, and reserves the full right to correct these mistakes at any time.
These Terms of Sale shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale, and the customer should be aware that the version applicable at the time of purchase applies.
Ursuk Oy handles all customer data confidentially and will not hand them over to any third party. If you do not wish to receive any marketing messages from Ursuk Oy, please contact our Customer Service immediately after placing an order.
All texts and pictures published in the Web Shop are the property of Ursuk Oy. Copying or any other unauthorized usage of the material protected by this copyright is prohibited.
We offer you a 14-day right-of-withdrawal from your purchase for products bought via the Web Shop, calculated from the date you receive the goods. If you wish to make a return, please contact our customer service at email@example.com to ensure a smooth refund process. You yourself pay all relevant freight costs for returns hereunder. Items shall be returned properly wrapped and packed in their original packaging in unused and resaleable condition. You may try on the goods, as you normally would in a fitting room of a store, but, for example, a dry suit or a diving instrument that has been used outdoors or in water even once are not refundable. The customer is responsible for any loss of value on the product. If the item is no longer saleable, the customer is liable for the full value of the returned product. As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment.
You must inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations found as soon as possible, at least within 14 days from delivery. The report should be given in writing to the freight carrier.
In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration.
Made-to-measure products and goods which are otherwise customized or personalized for a specific order, cannot be returned, changed, or refunded.
Products sold at the Web Shop have a general warranty of 12 months against production or material faults, if not otherwise stated on the product page in the Web Shop. The receipt/delivery note should be kept during the warranty period.
In case you find that an item delivered by us to you is defective you should contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +358 (0)20 779 8850 as soon as possible to issue a formal complaint. This will speed up the handling of the claim and you will get more detailed instructions on how to proceed with the matter.
Our primary obligation is to repair the defect in the delivered product. In case repairing is not possible, we will, as our entire liability send a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, issue a refund. Any faulty product will be sent to its' manufacturer/importer for inspection. This will cause that the handling of a complaint may take approximately 2-3 weeks.
